Equity Compensation is a non-cash payment that represents ownership in a business, such as restricted stock or performance shares. Many executives receive equity compensation, which has its own unique set of rules and tax laws. Equity compensation planning can be notoriously difficult, leaving clients with unanswered questions such as: "What should I do if I'm still within the vesting period?" or "How can I lower my stock's level of risk?" Greg specializes in ECP and can help you diversify out of that asset concentration in a tax-efficient way to help to lower your risk and grow your wealth.
